Frequently asked questions

Booking, insurance, results, longevity testing, and partnerships — answered.

Booking & Visits

What areas do you serve?
We serve metro Atlanta within a 30-mile radius of ZIP 30305, which covers most of Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Clayton, and parts of surrounding counties. You can confirm coverage on the Service Area page.
How do I book a mobile blood draw?
Create an account, choose the service you need, and pick a time window. If you have a requisition from your provider, upload it during checkout. We'll confirm by email and text.
How long does a typical visit take?
Most visits take 15–25 minutes from arrival to departure, depending on the number of tubes and any add-on collections.
Can I track my phlebotomist?
Yes. Once your phlebotomist starts their route to you, your patient portal shows a live tracking link with their ETA on a live map.

Insurance, Payment & Pricing

Do you accept insurance?
Lab testing is billed by the performing reference lab (Quest, Labcorp, Rupa, etc.) directly to your insurance when applicable. Our mobile collection fee is a separate concierge service and is paid at booking. See the Insurance Coverage guide for details.
Do you accept HSA / FSA cards?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted at checkout for eligible services and products.
Is the mobile draw fee refundable?
The mobile draw fee is refundable if you cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no charge.

Specimens & Results

Which labs do you send specimens to?
We route to Quest, Labcorp, Mayo Clinic Laboratories, Boston Heart, Natera, Guardant, Prometheus, Scipher, BillionToOne, and Rupa Health's specialty network, among others.
How long until I get my results?
Routine panels typically return in 24–72 hours. Specialty and genomic panels can take 7–14 days depending on the assay. Your ordering provider receives results first and then releases them to you.
Do I need to fast?
Only if your provider ordered a fasting panel (commonly lipids, glucose, insulin). Water, black coffee, and prescribed medications are usually fine — check with your provider if unsure.

Shop & Products

What is the TruAge Complete Collection?
It's an epigenetic test that measures your biological age, pace of aging, telomere length, and immune cell composition from a single blood draw. The kit is shipped to you and we can perform the collection during a mobile visit.
What's the difference between the Elite Longevity Bundle and the TruAge + TruHealth Bundle?
Elite Longevity pairs TruAge Complete with a Comprehensive Wellness Panel (CBC, CMP, lipids, vitamin D). The TruAge + TruHealth Bundle pairs TruAge Complete with the TruHealth biomarker report for a deeper longevity-focused readout.
Are shipping and collection fees included?
Kit shipping is included in the product price. The mobile collection fee is charged separately at booking unless explicitly bundled.

Can my staff have their own logins?
