- Payment information — handled directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

2. HIPAA & PHI
We comply with HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws. PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest, accessible only to authorized personnel under role-based access controls, and used only for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations. We do not sell PHI.
3. How we use information
- Coordinate and fulfill mobile specimen collection.
- Communicate appointment confirmations, reminders, and results readiness.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
4. Sharing
We share information only with: (i) the reference laboratory or third-party lab specified on the order, (ii) the ordering provider or their authorized staff, (iii) service providers acting on our behalf under written confidentiality and Business Associate Agreements, and (iv) when required by law.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@tequaidasdiagnostics.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. PHI handling follows HIPAA, including your right to request an accounting of disclosures.

We use first-party cookies and limited analytics to keep the site secure and improve performance. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on patient-facing pages.
7. Children
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental authorization. Pediatric services require an ordering provider and guardian consent.
